• Color matching link to client's hair, not to hair extensions:
• Insert link/loc/ring onto the end of a rat-tail comb.
• Hold it up to the client's root area.
• Choose darker rather than lighter for the link to remain the most undetectable
• In the demo picture we have shown 3 different colors, the darkest on the left is the correct link, always darken up.

• All of our links are hand counted; there may be extra pieces in your package, on the rare occasion there is a piece or 2 missing we can credit for the pieces missing, we do not ship the missing pieces.
• These copper links are flanged at the bottom end allowing the pre-tipped hair extension strand to fit for ease of installation, the pro tubes are straight.
• These links are fabricated with high-grade malleable copper allowing you to install them flat for maximum comfort to the client.
• The most common size used is the Regular sized Dinkie Links™, the tips of the hair fit in those perfectly. The larger links you can fit 2 pre-tipped extensions in, and the smaller you will have to split for the micro extensions.
• The small links/rings requires the wire Loop Threader or Small Hook Threader due the the inside circumference.
• The methodology for installing these links is to close them flat. They can also be installed by folding them and closing them like a book if preferred.
• When choosing a link color choose a color that is darker and that matches the color of the hair at the scalp and not necessarily the color of the extension hair. When you are installing hair on highlighted hair, you may even want to go as dark as the dark brown color link.
• Please be sure that your clients hair is free of product, and washed prior with a clarifying shampoo to remove any oils or product residues from the hair. Hair should also be left to dry in its natural state.
• Silicone-lined links/locs/rings are installed to prevent slippage. These are ideal for clients that may get slippage easy due to scalps that may produce more oil or if the client uses any products that may cause slippage such as silicone-based products.

Protubes-Copper
• Pro tubes / Protubes / Pro Shells applications:
• These copper Pro tubes / Protubes / Pro Shells are straight with no flange at the bottom. If you would like the flange at the bottom, please see our Regular Dinkie Links on the left hand menu column.
• Our tubes have a matte powder coat on the outside and inside allowing them to remain undetectable. These links are fabricated with high-grade malleable copper allowing you to install them flat for maximum comfort to the client.
• The methodology for installing these links is to close them flat. They can also be installed by folding them and closing them like a book if preferred.

Silicone-lined Microrings
• Silicone-lined microrings are fabricated with a high-grade malleable metal allowing you to install them flatter to the head for maximum comfort to the client, and allowing them to remain undetectable.
• They are short in length, great for areas where hair is thinnest (around hairline and towards the top, but not on the top).
