SUPPLIES PICTURE COMING SOON!
Supplies needed for Installing and Removing machine or skin weft tracks using Liquid Gold:

Machine or Skin weft
Liquid Gold Bond A Weave
Rat-tail comb, preferable a steel tip comb since the tip is small enough to make clean partings
Clips for sectioning hair
Soft measuring tape to measure curved head (Optional)
Small pointy tipped scissors for cutting weft-clean these with orange oil after installation
Super Glue (fast drying) to seal ends of cut weft
Blow dryer to set tape onto natural hair
Liquid Gold Bond Dissolver-for removal
Cotton Balls or Cotton Pads-for removal

Please remember:
(1)  Do not use any conditioners after shampooing hair prior to installation, this will weaken the bond
(2)  Apply the bond to both the weave and the natural hair
(3)  Do not apply Liquid Gold to the scalp, this is unhealthy for the scalp and the natural oils will not allow the bond  to adhere properly
(4)  Do not cut blunt line into hair prior to installation
(5)  If hair is cut blunt or if the natural hair has a heavy line, you should shatter or texturize the heavy line so that the new hair to be installed will blend easier and you will remove the blunt line

Prepare client’s hair for installation by using a de-toxifying or clarifying shampoo making sure no conditioner or any other product is used aster rinsing.

A method to install tracks is to create density at the bottom back of the head by using a double or triple track for the first few rows; as you work up the head, you can install single wefts so it is lighter towards the top and sides.
(1) To determine where the partings will start,  take a comb and place it at the top back of the head.  Where the comb leaves the head is where the parting will start.
(2) Make a parting from that point to the top back of the ear.
(3) Determine where you want your first track to go.

Keep in mind you will be installing approx. 5 rows of tracks in the back.
The first row is usually from the back of the middle of the ear all the way across to the back of the middle of the ear.

You can double weft on the first 1 or 2 rows if you want more density in the back but it is not necessary.

Measure with the soft measuring tape across from ear to ear leaving approx. 1/8” (from the measurement) from each side since you do not want it to be visible from the side, especially when wearing hair up or back.
Or you can just place the weft itself against the head.

Make sure you are following the curve of the head

Cut the Machine or Skin weft from the bottom up and cut 2 wefts the same size if double-wefting (or 3 for triple wefting).

Place a small drop of Super Glue on the end to prevent shedding or fraying.

Continue up the back until you reach the top making sure you leave enough hair to cover the weft seam.
Now that you are finished with the back you can start work on the sides in front.
Make sure all the tracks follow the curve of the head.
You will install about 3-4 rows of single weft tracks on the sides in front; these will be small sections.
Start the first row in the front side just above the corner of the eye matching it up to the corner of a track coming from the back.

Wet a piece of cotton with Liquid Gold Bond Dissolver and transfer to the weft to be removed.
Heat with a warm blow dryer for approximately 5 seconds.
The weft should become loose enough to easily remove without pulling.
Do the same for any loose bond and comb out with a fine tooth comb.
